BEWARE. This website is not what it seems. I ordered for the first time, and paid for expedited shipping in the U.S. so that it would be delivered in under a week. It took a while to receive tracking information only for it to say my order won't come on time. Spoke to a representative for help through the chat option who tried to convince me it was USPS fault. USPS then proved to me the shipping service bought by the owner was ground advantage (NOT expedited), which takes a minimum 10 days to deliver. I came back to the chat option and asked for a refund but was turned away and then offered another free order as compensation. It is now almost a month later. No order came in. They ended the chat we had. I opened up another chat and connected with someone and explained everything again. They said they will connect me to another person and stopped responding completely. No one has reached out. To make matters worse, the original order I got is fake, the packets are not like advertised (packaging/printing proves its fake before even trying it), and the packets are each blowing up like a balloon on the inside due to bacteria. This all makes sense with other things I've noticed, like dates changing on reviews to make them seem recent. I got scammed in other words. And so will you. Luckily I still have the box, shipping label, chat receipts, and all the information. I am currently working on a detailed YouTube video explaining everything about this fake website, and PROVING it's fake with the order I received while comparing it to other authentic and reliable websites, to help others from getting scammed.
